The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The cleanliness and organization of the space are remarkable, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.The beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The presence of a convenience store on-site adds extra convenience to the stay. But, what truly sets Pensão Synek apart is the friendliness and kindness of the owner family. They are incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrive. Their attention to detail and care for guests are evident in every aspect of the stay. Additionally, the guesthouse offers amenities such as ski equipment storage. The proximity to the area's ski lifts and the SkiBus stop right in front of the guesthouse makes access to the slopes very easy. In short, Pensão Synek provides a comfortable and cozy stay, combining modern facilities with the warm hospitality of a dedicated family. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Špindlerův Mlýn.

The cleanliness and facilities were amazing. Breakfast was always fresh and the hosts were such a friendly family. The room and everything in this pace was new and immaculate. TV was bonus with Netflix or smart apps for English channels. We will be returning next year. Thanks so much

Very clean!!! The furniture is new and the position is super central in the village with the ski bus station just outside the door! And the breakfast is good with a good variety.

Location of the pension is perfect - close to the ski slopes. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, equipment is new. Breakfast is very tasty. We will come back to this place for sure. I recommend this pension for 100%.

We came there for one night while trekking through the mountains. Guesthouse is located in the city centre, so you can easily access most of the main infrastructural locations, and city attractions. The room was small but very cozy. Everything inside was fresh and new. We slept very well on comfortable beds. Wi-Fi works fine. Breakfast was fresh and tasted well. And in the end the hosts... they were very friendly and kind to all the visitors. Thank you for your kindness. I recommend this guesthouse for all travellers to stay during the journey ;)

Great location in the city center. Very good contact with the owners, everything was explained clearly and without any problems. The room was nice and cozy, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is available 24/7, and in the room, there is a tea & coffee set, nice towels, shower gel, and shampoo – for us, after 13 hours in the mountains, that was a game-changer and a very thoughtful touch, as we didn't need to carry it all with us for 40 km. The breakfast was amazing – the best scrambled eggs I have eaten in a very long time. The bread was fresh, and there were plenty of fresh veggies, beans, even cake (a very good one!), melons, and blueberries, along with tasty coffee. The owners are very nice. In summary – highly recommended for both short and long stays.
