Great views - We stayed at the "San Renmo" room which has quite a large balcony. The views were from here were awesome! The breakfast was very good too and the hotel is literally by the Schiffstation, so we could literally come out of our room and get on the Boat to towards Thun or Interlaken West to continue enjoying the beautiful views.

the best hotel ever❤️ they upgraded us to a room with balcony! (because they said it might be really tight with the baby cot) bathroom and room was very big clean and warm. kitchen was will equipped. there were a dishwasher that you can use to wash your dishes. bus stops at the hotel front door. it comes every hour. -no elevator- but the reception man helped us with luggage . there was an elevator chair for the handicapped. the breakfast was amazing! lots of choices bread milk fruits nuts cake. free coffee corner (espresso milk and sugar) available all time! the view was breathtaking!

Location was right on the lake side. Excellent continental buffet style breakfast. Great Italian restaurant attached. Comfortable bed with split mattress & soft duvet & pillows

The hotel was located on the lake with the mountains in the background, it was a beautiful spot to stay. Meals were lovely and the service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect. We had small room with a nice view towards the lake and vineyard. Free coffee in the corridor was nice bonus.

Hotel was responsive and we arranged bag storage for our early arrival at 1300. Checked in, organised local city card, and left for the day's remaining activities. Arrived back at 2000 with bags in room - great start. Small Studio as advertised. Outstanding daily breakfast. Hotel staff supportive of requests. Stayed 7 nights as central location for train/ferry travel. Local bus leaves promptly at xx55, which ties in nicely with trains from Spiez.

Stunning location right by the lake. Incredible view of the mountains and the lake in the morning from the patio. really nice and quiet since there is no traffic. Good breakfast buffet.

This is an underrated hidden gem. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view, as we hadn’t realized there was a balcony. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us, as the hotel is about a 19-minute walk from the train station. There’s also a free bus (route 61, I believe) to and from the station. The hotel is very cozy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety too!
