Wonderful friendly hosts in Mirco and Adrianna, and Paola at breakfast, which was incredible. Freshly baked pastries, hot and cold food, fantastic coffee (the cappuccino especially!). Excellent location - incredibly quiet yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, great restaurants and beaches. Nothing was too much trouble, Mirco helped us sort out problems with our e-bikes and kindly collected us from the port. A wonderful stay.

Peaceful, clean and friendly with the most outstanding breakfasts. Adrianna is a magician in the kitchen. Only a 10 minute walk into town, and with a really great little pool.

Breakfast was best ever had at a hotel,all home made,fresh and delicious in a beautiful setting. The people working there was just so lovely and made it a wonderful stay,couldn't ask for better. This is an exceptionally special place

This place is just amazing - the tasteful decor, fantastic view of the sea from our room, the location in the quiet outskirts yet very close to the main port... Our room had all the facilities (little fridge, hair dryer, kettle, safe). Breakfast served on the patio was absolutely exceptional! The variety of local delicacies and pastries home-baked by Adriana were simply delicious. Mirco, Adriana and Paola are ever so kind, hospitable and helpful with everything (like picking us up from the port late at night). Thank you for a holiday to remember!

Fantastic place with so much character! Great breakfast, extremely clean, the hosts are amazing, warm and helpful, beautiful garden, big pool, quiet vibe, around 10 minutes walk to the town center and just 3 minutes to a couple of good restaurants.

Mirco was friendly and helpful in getting us settled into our room and stay. Everything was super easy and relaxed. From the short walk down to a delicious and varied breakfast to connecting us with a bike hire person, it made for a smooth and very pleasant holiday.

It was privately located but close enough to walk to nearby restaurants shops and beaches in either direction. The Inn was very well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of sun beds. I found the beds very comfortable and really slept well while was there. The best part were the hosts Mirco and Adriana who went out of their way with the welcoming, daily chats full of local and helpful information to get the most out of the stay on the island. Adriana prepares all the food for the breakfast smorgasbord. Absolutely delicious.

First of all, the hospitality of Mirco, Adriana and the staff. They were available at all times, gave us great recommendations for restaurants or beaches, and offered their full support in any situation. Mirco picked us up and dropped us off at the port, without us even asking, which we really appreciated. Moreover, the facilities were excellent, clean rooms, great view, pool was also very nice. Could not finish this review without mentioning the amazing breakfast which included among many others homemade pies and cakes - delicious!

We stayed for a week in beautiful Spetses at the Oltremare Inn and it was perfect. Mirko and Adriana provide a very enjoyable stay for their guests which starts with a freshly cooked breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. We had the Seaview room which had a big terrace to enjoy the views over Spetses. The gardens, pool and rooms were all immaculate and the friendly staff all made our week soo enjoyable and we can’t wait to come back 😊
