Apartment Hotel Overview

Built according to the architecture of cosmopolitan Spetses, Nissia Traditional Residences Spetses is right on the seafront, 500 metres from Dapia Port. It offers a sea-view restaurant and pool. Featuring self-catering facilities, the elegant units have a balcony with garden views.
Incorporating traditional, hand-painted chests with classical furnishings, all the air-conditioned accommodation at the Nissia Traditional Residences Spetses include a kitchenette with fridge and electric kettle. Each comes with a seating area, LCD satellite TV and desk. Some offer a fireplace.

Located on the ground or the 1st floor, this studio has a fireplace and opens to a balcony or a patio with garden view. A bathroom with bath tub, and a fully equipped kitchen are available.

Lovely pool area, perfect for children. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Ours was located at rear of property and was nice and peaceful.

Beautiful accommodation. Breakfast was good enjoyed with beautiful harbour views, We had lunch at the restaurant which was very nice. Restaurant staff were friendly and engaging.Location was very good. Pool was great. Apartments were roomy, very clean and comfotable beds.
