We stayed here with 2 families with small kids. Apartment is big, clean and had everything we needed. Terrace is amazing and huge. Very close to the beach. I would like to come back.

We really liked te space and the outdoor seating. Also a good equipped kitchen made it perfect for us. Close to the beach but too bad the beach is closed after 19.00…

We loved staying in this condo in Sperlonga. We met the vacaza owners at their office to pick up the keys and he actually guided us by bike directly to the condo, let us in and explained everything to us. He was so kind! It was large and spacious for our family of 8. With 3 big rooms and a living room with pull-out couch- it was perfect. We found it very clean and the large kitchen had all the things we needed to cook dinner at home. There were two large porches/balconies and we spent many evenings dining outside. We bought groceries from a great store just a 4 minute walk from the place. Prices on most things were cheaper than the US! The beach is also just a 4 minute or so walk from the condo, which was perfect. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella included and the people at the private beach establishment were very friendly. They gave us seats in the second row and we put down a $10 deposit to get the key to foot wash which we got back when I returned it. Beach is absolutely beautiful, warm water and you can walk very far out and it is still shallow. Very calm and no waves except for one day. You can also eat a meal or get snacks/ice cream right there. There are a few kiddie rides and a trampoline right there as well, which my daughter loved. The historic old town of Sperlonga is only about a 10 minute walk from the condo to the foot of the hill and then another 5-10 walk about the steep, narrow streets. We loved spending time shopping and eating there. There is a whole strip of restaurants down the main street right near condo as well. We loved staying here and definitely recommend it!
