Just a beautiful spot in the country fully recommend to Just chill out we were from New Zealand and our host was so accommodating even though we had no Italian and she no English a gem so restful and a beautiful pool to cool off in a great kitchen which I cooked with great local ingredients can't wait to come back .Google maps get it a little wrong finding but you can work out a gem in the country.

We had an apartment on the first floor with a nice, very intimate terrace overlooking the pool. The place was fine for a family of four, the pool access and the air conditioning were essential on some very hot summer days. The location was very quiet and secluded, but very convenient to reach Spello, Assisi and even Perugia, Spoleto and Bevagna within half an hour and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

A great accommodation. the room was a flat and was well equipped. The location is excellent being in the country about 10 minutes from Spello. The pool is excellent. Our room had a lovely patio out side for our personal use. the owners are very friendly
