The location was great, room was okay. During weekends parking is free at a nearby location, that was a plus for me.

Location is great. In the heart of Spa. Few steps away from the funiculare to the thermen (3 euro retour). Breakfast is 50 meters from the hotel in a restaurant. Breakfast was overwhelming. Coffee /thee/Hot chocolat, grapes, bread, croissant, etc. Not 1 foreign language, but friendly and tastefull.
