Situated only 30 metres from Sozopol's Central Beach, the 4-star Villa List features indoor and outdoor pools. All rooms have a balcony. Free WiFi access is available in all areas.

Great location close to old town and with exit to beach. Good breakfast with classical offer that you would expect. There was option to park car a bit away but secure parking lot (paid). Kids had separate beds and not a sofa which was nice. Refrigerator in the room and air conditioning. Pool is available in the complex, also shallow one for kids.

The breakfast was mostly good. The place is nice and the pool area is good and it is a short way to the beach. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly.
