It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!! First of all Stefan was very helpful with anything we needed. He patiently waited for us to arrive in the middle of the night, helped us with parking and showed us the apartment. The apartment smelled so fresh, the bedsheets and towels were clean and it was a bliss to fall asleep there. One of us had to sleep on the couch, which at first was expected to be a bit uncomfortable but then it actually was. On the first morning I had to go out for coffee (well, there isn't a coffee machine in the apartment but there are enough places to buy from just in 1-2 minutes walk) and then we spilled some on the sheets which was of course very sheet (xd) but Stefan came through the day and changed them - how lovely! It was such a bliss to drink our wines and gin tonics in the evening and coffees in the morning on the balcony - what a beautiful view, the apartment is really a SEA VIEW apartment, so calm, you could see part of Sozopol and the endless sea just in front of your eyes, the ships and jets running around, and the waves hitting the rocks just below..i will dream of this the whole winter. The apartment had a fridge, a microwave and washing machine (even is we didn't use that one), enough cutlery and pans to cook, and even tvs. Air conditioning in the bedroom and the living room. What I really loved was that, unlike in hotels where everyone can see what you leave or move around, in the apartment it was total freedom and nobody was bothering anyone - even the apartments around us were empty, so we just had a wonderful vacation. You can be on both beaches in around 3-5 minutes, city center and old city ~10mins so no problem if you wanna stay late and party a bit. Just PERFECT! All in all I recommend with both of my hands and feet in the air, the price was also perfect! I would definitely come back!

It is in a very nice location, with a sea view from the terrace, clean and well equipped

The location within the city was good,directly by the sea. The accommodation was new,beautiful And the best were the two terraces. The kitchen was fully equipped,there was even a washing machine available (we didn't use it for our short stay). Stefan was a great host, communication with him was perfect.
