Honestly, I have no remarks. Excellent quality for the money you pay, really kind and helpful attitude from the owners, best coffee in town!!! Great location, comfortable bed, clean room, sheets and towels. One would get anything they may need, I really recommend it!

The owners were absolutely amazing. I don't believe we ever felt this welcomed somewhere before. They are very nice, kind and sociable people. It was always quiet, you could barely hear any noise, very clean and comfy. The location is good, close to the central beach (around 5-7 minutes) which was not crowded at all, and to the Old Town which was the main attraction in our opinion (also around 5-7 minutes). There are stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and fast foods very close to the hotel. I highly recommend this place.

Great, great and great! Hotel is only few minutes walking distance to the Central beach and the Old Town of Sozopol. Cleanliness is a must, room and common spaces are perfect. Breakfast it wasn’t included but you can get italian coffee (Lavazza) and croissants and juice from the bar, just asking! Dimcho and his wife, the owners, are more than friendly and helpful and will help for any kind of inquiries. Definitely a place to return to!

Meeting the owners Dimcho and Galena Who made us feel extremely welcome. Traditional feel to surroundings and immaculately kept. Gardens down to pool were lovely. Small pool to relax beside, sunbeds always available and no noise from surroundings. Hotel was very peaceful and quiet from other residents. Invaluable advice from Dimcho on local restaurants to experience traditional Bulgarian meals.

Owner and his wife were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Superb location only 10 minute walk to Central Beach and a 15 minute stroll to the old town. Pharmacy, fruit shop and pastry shop at the end of the road. Bulgarian breakfasts so tasty. Room spacious and exceptionally clean.

Great stay! Lovely peaceful hotel with great facilities and super friendly staff. In a great central location between old town and new town. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Room very clean and comfortable. Have stayed before and will stay again.

ThIs typical Bulgarian hotel is well-situated between the old town and the new town with the larger beach. For us, the old town was more interesting. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, and will take good care of you and give advice on restaurants and places to go. The hotel itself is totally covered with plants, which is beautiful, and there is a decent-sized swimming pool and jacuzzi to cool down. The rooms have a balcony, which is handy to leave things to dry. If in doubt between visiting Sozopol or Nesebar, many sources will recommend Nesebar because of the old ruins, but for us, Sozopol was gentler, had nicer beaches, good restaurants (old port!), and nice views at the cape and at the city walls.

The hotel/neighborhood is really quiet which makes it perfect for family/couple trips. It is nicely located and have quick access to lots of attractions. The owners were very friendly and open for conversations when you show interest. Very clean and beautiful building full of green plants, fresh breeze and marble stairs. Definitely recommend!
