Unique location, surrounding garden, natural style. Very friendly staff. Excellent authentic cuisine. The thermal pool is a great experience in winter.

The location is amazing and the waterfalls and scenery are beautiful. It was quiet when we went so was lovely and quiet which was really relaxing. The hot pool is lovely and the waterfall area and pools around there are lovely too. Staff were great and were very helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent property, friendly staff, great facilities. People are saying the hotel is in disrepair and needs modernizing - it’s rustic!! There might be a few improvements needed, but it’s a rustic style, which I loved, and I think other reviewers missed!!

Lovely place hidden in the high rocks , has a great hot pool and the water comes directly from the waterfall! Rooms are spacious and bathrooms well stocked. The staff is friendly. The decor is great and gives the vibe of a resort. Best place to stay if you want experience tranquility and the nature, explore Wadi Mujib and the Dead sea, both at short driving distance. Buffet at dinner was great!

we weren't sure about the hotel after reading reviews but glad we decided to stay the night. staff were very accommodating, hotel was clean and the breakfast was fresh and very tasty.

The staff were exceptional, always smiling, and always willing to go the extra mile. The room was comfortable, and having a view of the waterfall was a bonus, with a large balcony as well. The thermal pool was amazing, with water between 31 and 34 degrees celsius. The waterfalls were beautiful, although we did not attempt the pool below the waterfall as the water temperature was too high for us to attempt. There are 2 restaurants for meals, one with ala carte, and the other a buffet, We were upgraded to a Suite facing the waterfall on arrival.
