My friend and I booked this place very last-minute when the last train out of Soverato didn't arrive and my friend and I had an awful day. The room was not ready which was understandable, but the host graciously allowed us to wait inside and set our bags while it was cleaned. Paula (the cleaner) was so kind and made us feel so at ease and safe. The building is on a side street with gated entrance and a locked front door, for an added safety element. The room was very spacious and clean.
