From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Cliff explained the facilities available in our room and suggested some great places to eat. The room was a delight as was the breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay 😀

Warm welcome. Lovely room. Delicious breakfast - extensive choice. I chose scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and it was cooked to perfection.

Spotlessly clean. Close to all that Southport has to offer. Fantastic breakfasts and lovely hosts. We only stayed overnight because we were going to a show and next time we are going to a show we will probably return to the Leicester

Choice at breakfast excellent Those little extras in the ensuite. Safe in wardrobe, iron and ironing board Bottled water in addition to tea & coffee facilities Big alarm clock on bed side table Good lighting both in bedroom & ensuite.

The hotel is in a great location just off the main road through town, it has parking on site, The breakfasts were excellent, freshly made to order with a great choice on offer. My room was of a very good standard with a very comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee. Vey good shower.
