Fab location. Super friendly hosts. Quiet clean bedrooms. We didn’t have breakfast but will do nexnext time.

Spotlessly clean, warm and helpful staff, free parking (on the driveway), comfy beds. Excellent communication with Janice and her Dad. Room was lovely and warm. Tea and coffee provided, great to have a little fridge too.

The hotel is super clean and in the perfect location to visit most things in Southport. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful - even providing a fan in the room due to the very high temperatures.

The owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was a good one, the room was spotlessly clean the bed was comfortable and the food was excellent I have no problem in recommending this property to anyone
