lovely clean hotel perfect location just off Lord street, only drawback for me was there was no bar to relax in after a day out and I ended up with a room on the top floor, there was no lift, wouldn't of been so bad except I have a dodgy hip. could not get my head around how the shower worked one min hot next was cold

no breakfast(out of season).ideal located pity no bar ,but could bring in our own which we could drink in the comfy lounge plenty of tea and coffee.

An amazing place to stay was made to feel very welcome and catered to every need. Very homely, fresh coffee on arrival, and both hosts were amazing. I did up grade, but I would be more than happy to pay more for my stay. The bed was really comfy and good pillows also exsteamly clean and smelled amazing. I was in room 2, and it did get cold on my first night, but the hot water bottle that was provided worked. No problems with lighting and plenty of plug sockets to use. I can not wait to come back here as it feels like a second home.
