Stayed one night prior to joining a cruise. Central location close to the main railway station, ferry and cruise terminals. Large well appointed room with toilet separate to bathroom (though still within the room). Staff welcoming and helpful. Ate elsewhere so unable to comment in that regard.

Nice staff, very helpful, as it was a very cold weekend, I asked additional heating device - with this the temperature was nice in the room. 2 minutes walk to the railway station

The hotel was easy to access, the staff were lovely and the hotel was in a great location to the town centre. Everything was clean and they even put up a travel cot for our 7 month old that we hadn't even asked for.

We were staying over to attend a gig in the Guild Hall Square. Location good for this. 10 - 15 minute walk. Stayed in a superior room (302). Large comfy bed. Good size room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok but expensive at £18 each. Friendly staff. Check in wasn’t until 3pm although you could check in from 2pm for £10 or for free if you signed up to the hotel chains club. Parking outside the hotel was £10 a day.

That it was near places we wanted to go to , quite considering it faced a main road, staff very helpful and friendly
