The location great.tje facilities generally good.bothroom needed refreshing. Staff were good generally but kept disappearing in the back.

Lovely reception and bar area, good sized bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed. Toiletries included. Very quiet. The £12 parking charge was for 24 hours and the hotel is a few minutes walk from West Quay shopping centre where I was meeting friends for the day so I could leave my car there for the duration.
