The room was lovely and clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, it looked modern and clean inside. Pleasantly surprised.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Southampton West for 15 nights while in the area for business. Overall, the experience was okay. The room was very basic, but clean and comfortable enough for an extended stay. Nothing fancy, but it met my needs. The highlight was the breakfast—surprisingly good with a large selection of hot and cold options, which was a great way to start the day. On the plus side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. A solid choice if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay while working or passing through the area.

I arrive around 10:30 AM, i ask the reception name Scott that i have reservation but he didn't bother to check he just say only 3pm he can entertain me, i have 16 hours flight and too much jetlag, his not even smile or show hospitality on me, but i saw some local guest his accomodating and very cheerful, i think because i am asian. The rest of my stay is perfect the room is warm and bed is very comfy and clean toilet. Only one thing no bottles of water inside the room

We had breakfast at a very busy time and some of the items, for example eggs were not available or in short supply. We thought some items of cutlery did not look as if the dish washer had done an adequate job of cleaning. But we liked that the staff were pleasant and did their best.

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Great location and even better staff especially the young man on reception who was very helpful in giving me a free toothbrush as I’d forgotten mine. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable bed gave a good night’s sleep.
