The staff made me feel very much at home. Lucia and the rest of the team are a credit to the facility. The standard of the food was excellent and plentiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room facilities were great..

Mainly the really friendly and welcoming staff at all points of our stay. A really lovely atmosphere in the pub. We felt exceptionally well looked after. ☺️

The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Lots of sachets for drinks and generous supply of biscuits. The breakfast was very good - lots of it and good quality.

Very friendly staff, lovely food and very handy for pre and post cruising. Excellent supply of toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits. On Botley main street so pretty busy during the day.
