It was my mums 90th who was from South Shields. We got upgrades to the penthouse, which was lovely and we will definitely pick those rooms next time we visit. Great view. Thanks Emily other rooms are pretty basic but ok. Restaurant food was nice in the evening, basic for breakfast, but all good. Lovely place to stay for walking along the beach.

Location fantastic very short staffed owner a bit miserable dosnt aknolige the guests staff who there are pleasant but not enough of them been going littlehaven for years but this time things where a little lacking and it wasn't really busy with guests at night

Great location, friendly staff. Room was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom, but ok for one night. The band playing at the wedding were fab - great to listen to

We liked the location, and the hotel has an excellent car park. Checking in was well organised and the room was very well serviced.

Our room was comfortable and large. The bathroom was clean, but a little dated The restaurant was disappointing. Service was poor, and the food wasn't great at all Breakfast on the first day, everything looked under cooked. The second day was a little better. However, you ran out of butter amongst other items, including baked beans!

Bathroom facilities were 10 out of 10 The bed was so soft, my husband slept in the middle of the bed, leaving very little room for me. The staff were extremely polite, and very helpful. Fantastic views.

Location is brilliant - great for a stroll along the seafront. Room was comfortable, if a little dusty (bedhead) and coffee ringmaster on windowsill. Breakfast was fairly standard, but our light evening meal was lovely.
