We just stayed one night near the airport and our car rental place. The location is convenient for both, but otherwise, it's not somewhere you'd hang out. Coming off a long flight, we were just pleased to get there quickly and that there was an IHOP and convenience store nearby to grab a bite and some toothpaste. The room had a bit of a musty smell (definitely an older building), but it seemed pretty clean overall. I wasn't expecting anything glamorous, which was fine for our purposes.

It is a good deal if you are planning for a night or two-day stay but the rooms were pretty outdated in terms of amenities, especially the bathroom. The shower head had moulds and limescale but other than that the room was clean. I only stayed for a couple of hours since my flight was cancelled and for that it was good but a little expensive. The airport shuttle was a great help provided by the hotel.`

The location is very good for a night layover and the airport shuttle runs non-stop all day long past midnight. Very convenient if you arrive around mid-day as most hotels just run shuttles during the morning and evening arrivals. Rooms are big enough and clean. There is an IHOP inside the premises running 24hrs.

Dear Travelodge Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue with the billing for my recent stay at your San Francisco Airport North location. I made a reservation for the night of Thursday, August 8, 2024, with the check-in time listed as 3:00 PM. However, due to my flight from New York, which arrived late in the evening, I was unable to check in at the specified time. Instead, I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 AM on Friday, August 9, 2024, and completed the check-in process then. I also checked out on the same day at 12:00 PM as per the standard checkout time. While I understand the importance of adhering to check-in times, I had informed you of my late arrival in advance through the Booking.com reservation process. Despite this, I have been charged an additional $105.42 fee for not checking in at the scheduled time, which I believe is not applicable given the circumstances. Furthermore, I was billed correctly for the stay itself, but this extra charge is unjustified since I did arrive and pay for the room. I kindly request that you review this matter and refund the $105.42 charge to my credit card as soon as possible. To provide additional information regarding the billing discrepancy on my recent stay. Attached to this email, you will find the following documents: Proof of Payment: Documents showing the payments made for my stay at Travelodge. Booking Confirmation: The reservation details from Booking.com, which include the original booking and check-in information. Special Request Confirmation: A copy of the special request made during the booking process, indicating my late arrival. These documents support my claim that the additional charge applied was incorrect, as I arrived after the standard check-in time but did notify you in advance of my late arrival.

Swimming pool. Courtesy bus from and return to the Airport on our previous stay, yet this stay we had the rental car to return. Restaurant right next door with good food.
