1. We upgraded to pool beach villa and paid extra. We couldn't see the ocean from the room because they covered the villa with trees. There was no view of sea from room. 2. One goes to maldives for exclusivity. There was none here. If you want to visit like phuket then go to this hotel. There is no privacy on beach. All water villas are watching over beaches. 3. We could see sand bags from our rooms. 4. There was glass that was broken in the pool. We called housekeeping 3 to 4 times to clean it n they didn't clean it during the next 2 days. We found the glass ourselves later. 5. Buggy service is very bad.

I have to give this property a 10/10 score. For the simple fact: value for money. Especially when traveling with small kids. We stayed 8 days. The resort for Maldives standards is huge and extremely close to the airport. And it’s fairly convenient to get around. The pricing at the many food outlets is reasonable (except the Butterfly & Elephant one) and the quality overall really good. What we loved most was the options of choosing between our little stretch of private beach behind our beach villa or going for the crowds at the main beach/pool. That’s apart from all the other places one can relax at this island. And the options for kids/adults to be entertained. The kids club is really high standard and the teachers very professional - our son (3 years red.) loved it! And for my wife the aerial yoga was really appreciated. The trainer top class. I personally liked the music style a lot and the bicycle rides in the evening. The scenery is just stunning. Our housekeeper Nazrul kept the mega place tidy - thanks! We’ll come back again :)

Fantastic. Reception staff could have better communication. Having to book restaurants 24hours in advance can be difficult. Buggies took a long time to arrive. Very noisy along the water villas in the evening. Everything was fantastic, room, location, facilities.
