Super friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is large, rooms are average, pool/common areas are pretty decent. Close to Treehouse Brewing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very neat and tidy. Parking facilities were great and the location was perfect for my stay, travelling between Chicopee, Shelburne Falls, Greenfield and Brattleboro.
