Amazing people, and rooms. The breakfasts were unbelievably good. The extra walk was well worth it. We would stay again without hesitation. Clean, new, comfortable, friendly, wine and treats on our anniversary, everything we could have hoped for. THANKS!

The location was ideal for us as quieter than the main areas but everything was easily accessible - especially for the train station and bus stops. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated and the breakfast was spectacular! Our hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Owners are lovely, got picked up from ferry port free of charge and the daily breakfast prepared by Mario was delightful. Room was very clean and A/C looked brand new. Bathroom was nice too, we stayed in the green room and it was lovely. The property is very small with only 4 rooms total, we barely heard the neighbours. Lovely garden with lemon tree to lounge in, however we didn’t use it as it was too hot.

It is close to the city center, train station and port. The street is a very quiet one, unlike most streets where scoooters buzz all the time. The room was very clean and cozy, cleaned every day, towels changed every day, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Possibility to make tea or instant coffee in the room. The hosts are very helpful. There is also a nice terrace with small garden where you can drink peacefully a cup of coffee and admire the view. But the best thing about the location is the fabulous breakfast, Italian style, cooked by Mario. We loved it!

Everything. Vanna was very welcoming and accommodating, even offered to pick us up from the train station as the day had been so wet. Mario prepared amazing breakfasts, which lasted us till dinner! Mario also was so kind, getting up early to do breakfasts for our trips and going home. Vanna recommended Trattori de Emilia which we went to and was absolutely gorgeous fish with a table by the sea! Clean towels daily, room spotlessly clean. Quiet area just perfect after the hassle and bustle. Great location, just a short walk to centre or from bus/train station. Supermarket at bottom of road for wee bits n pieces. Lovely hosts - highly, highly recommend, we couldn't have got better.

This was our first time to Sorrento celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We caught the bus from the airport very easy and comfortable. Vanna very kindly collected us from the bus when reaching Sorento. We had a beautiful room and Vanna explained where things were. Breakfast was so lovely and plenty to eat prepared by Mario. Lovely outside space to chill out in the evening. It was very quiet and close to all amenities, town, railway station and boat to go to Capri etc. We were only there 3 days just not long enough. Sorrento is beautiful. We will definitely go back and stay at Xenia house again. A longer trip next time. Thank you to Vanna and Mario for being such wonderful hosts. The host is amazing, the room is comfortable, clean and the bed is ideal with a few options for pillows which is important for me. It has really nice location which is close to city centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast is not a standard Italian breakfast it is an amazing experience! We loved the breakfast and the person who served it! All was super tasty and the person who prepared it was externally nice and helpful! We loved our stay there and recommend to everyone! Sorrento is a lovely town and Xenia House made it even more special! We will be happy to be back! Thank you!

The property was lovely and clean. Loved the coloured rooms! It’s a 10 min walk to the main centre. Out of the hustle and bustle of the centre. Vanna and Mario were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Mario’s breakfasts were huge and delicious. Bruschetta, pastries, fruit, yoghurt then he offered to cook bacon and eggs!! He makes his own cheese and loves cooking. Vanna was lovely and let us have a late check out and drove us to the train station which was fantastic as we had very heavy suitcases to carry. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there.

Location was great, 10 minute walk to town square. Breakfast was exceptional. Mario and Vanna were fantastic hosts. Vanna drove us to the train station.
