The staff at Sersale Suites were phenomenal. Naomi was very congenial and helped us with some questions we had about the train schedules in the Sorrento area. Lisa, the lady who cooked breakfast, was really nice and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was attentive to our needs every morning. The breakfasts served were top notch. We ordered one savory and one sweet breakfast every morning and shared them between ourselves. The location was in a great spot near the main walking street and the nearby attractions. We had no problems walking to where we wanted to go within 20 minutes of our stay. We highly recommend a stay at Sersale Suites when in Sorrento.

Absolutely the cleanest and most cared for property. Staff are amazingly friendly and so nice. The room was spotless and really fresh looking. Breakfast was adorable and the kitchen area so clean. The location is perfect, really can’t fault this place.
