We loved the location - close to everything. We found Luca friendly and personable. He was happy to recommend restaurants and give advice about tours and excursions. Lovely view from the garden. The room was small but did have some character about it. Comfortable bed.

Relais La Rupe is a very special place. It’s not like any other accommodation we’ve stayed in. Luca, the host, is welcoming, helpful and has lots of useful top tips. It’s quiet & charming despite being so close to the main square. It’s convenient for everything in Sorrento & oozes history.

We loved the character and charm of the villa. It was a relaxing haven to come back to after being out and about. Our host Luca was wonderful and made you feel welcome and at home the moment you arrived. He was very helpful in organising our minibus tour and transport back to Naples. Always on hand if you needed anything. We will be back. Great Location.

The property is stunning set over a ravine directly in the centre of town. Luca was really informative and gave loads of suggestions for authentic Italian eateries. Great downtime pre dinner on the terrace or watching a film. Really unique property. Town is lively particularly on a Saturday night.

We stayed for seven nights in Relais La Rupe. The villa is literally a five minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, and ten minutes walk from the rail station. The host, Luca, went to great lengths to ensure we were satisfied with the accommodation, and was ever present around the property, and excellent refurbishment of a great old building. Due to the amount of sightseeing we had planned, together with some spectacular thunderstorms we weren't able to make the most of the pool though it is a tranquil area near the heart of a very busy town. During one of the said thundery afternoons we were able to take advantage of the extensive TV channels and happily whiled the time away. Luca went beyond our expectations when he contacted our onward destinations to confirm our arrangements - our lack of Italian language would have made the exercise so much more difficult.

Amazing location in the middle of Sorrento, part of the stunning building perched above the Valle de Mulini. Luca was a really friendly and lovely host who explained the history of this beautiful building.

The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes walk to the main piazza & the huge selection of shops & restaurants. Luca was a great host with lots of info on history of hotel & area, as well as any help/advice when needed. Most days had the pool to ourselves to cool off. The room was large, good air conditioning & kept clean each day.
