The hotel couldn't accommodate our room booking and we were very kindly upgraded to the Executive Suite (thank you Luigi). Absolutely great customer service! The breakfast was local, fresh and delicious, which was also a big upside.

Amazing staff!! Very friendly and so helpful to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The facilities and room were outstanding. The breakfast has a large range to choose from and is served in such a beautiful room.

The hotel looks exactly as it does in the pictures, such a beautiful Italian hotel in a great location. Breakfast was very good although there isn’t a huge selection. Staff were very friendly and know all of the guests room names each time you come back to the hotel which is a very nice touch. Free water in the room and Prosecco at the terrace bar on our first night was also lovely.
