The day at the reception was extremely nice, polite and helpful. She took great care for the minutest details and we also got an early check in as the room got ready for us early because of her communication with us! My daughter was extremely pleased with the duplex system and we had in total a lovely lovely time

Everything was perfect - it’s a cute Boutique-style hotel in the heart of Sorrento. The rooms are cozy but spacious, clean, comfortable and with a lot of light. The breakfast is smaller but has everything you need. The location is fantastic, right a the Piazza with many great shops and restaurants around. Parking is valet, so they pick up your car and bring it when you need it (external so with a fee). The staff is precious- so helpful and kind. Caterina went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Really enjoyed our one night stay at La Piazzetta. The location is great, 15 mins walk from Sorrento train station and near the old town and port/beach. Room 206 was large, quiet, with a very comfortable bed and with a large bathroom with a view over some lovely gardens. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

Breakfast was great, location was amazing right in the middle of Sorrento. Easy to access the property and secure. Caterina and chiara were helpful and kind and provided us with recommendations of things to see/do. We had to check out at 4am upon departure and they made us a bag of breakfast the arvo before to take with us! Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels too.
