we enjoyed our stay. the hotel is near the center and you can enjoy walking around. the receptionist was very very nice to us and helped us to get around. the breakfast was good. a lot of sweet pastries but good overall and the staff was really nice and friendly. our first night we hanged around the pool and enjoyed our time.

Awesome location & very clean rooms. We were a party of 4 over 4 days for us the Main letdown is the breakfast room. staff very confused & constantly bringing wrong food to all tables. Great cappuccino & pastries but the Eggs to order was main issue. Either not what we ordered or badly cooked or underdone.. I woukd still recommend this hotel but just book room only if returning..

Great location and within walking distance of all parts of Sorrento. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice balcony to sit on and bonus of swimming pool.

The location was great. Walking distance to the train station and many cafes/restaurants. The breakfast waa very nice aa well

Breakfast was great and the staff are all so hard working but if it wasn't your thing there are loads of cafes and restaurants around. The bed is large and comfortable, the room has a balcony and the room overall is spacious, it's not luxury but perfect location and exactly what we needed for our city break. The train station is 5 mins walk away and the centre of Sorrento about 15 mins, couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our needs. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the pool due to weather but it looked clean and the surrounding area was well kept.

Breakfast was very good relying heavily on too many cakes. Unfortunately, the Chef prepared a single Panacotta only once. The location was very good close to a fantastic supermarket and the main street of Sorrento.

The location was great, good breakfast and fast internet. Our room had a huge terrace with distant mountain views. Clean pool and pool towels provided.

Friendly staff, happy to help with tips and advice. Excellent choices for breakfast. Location was good especially if you arrive by train. If you have a room by the road and noise is an issue for sleeping…pack some ear plugs.

We were travelling around a bit so were only looking for a train close to the train station. The location was great, with no hills to climb or precarious road to walk along to get to it. Our room was really nice and the bed was really comfy and spotless. We didn't go swimming but the pool and gardens are beautiful. You can easily walk in to the centre of town. The breakfasts were really good and the staff were really friendly. Great value for money.

Close to the train and bus station and an easy walking distance from the centre of town. Nice room with a little balcony that had a table and two chairs. Having breakfast included was awesome and the ladies who managed the breakfast were so lovely and friendly as well as accommodating.
