Great location, we felt really close to everything. Staff were amazing from reception to house keeping to waitstaff they made our stay so lovely.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance(100mtrs) to the shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff, were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the minute we checked in, the staff could not have been anymore helpful. Reception staff, the manager of the breakfast room, bar staff and room maids were all very good.

For a 4 stars hotel, the rooms could have been improved. The reception looks modern, but the rooms are not quite the same and the breakfast is basic, but, overall, it was ok.

I basically liked everything. This hotel deserves a much better ranking. Hotel is clean, location is perfect and breakfast is amazing. The chef has thought very well the menu and there's something for every culture.

Great location two minutes walk to be in the heart of Sorrento. Easy access if driving good valet service for parking. Fantastic roof top bar and pool area

Location very close to centre of Sorrento. Our room was upgraded😊 Everything else was great. Good breakfast with gluten free options. Car was taken by hotel crew to nearby car park.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Sorrento. The roof terrace and pool area were very nice. Breakfast was extensive and there was plenty of seating in the restaurant. The hotel was very clean and our room was very quiet.

Excellent staff worthy of mention Mateo and Loredana who made breakfast a joy. Anna and Naomi who cleaned our rooms. Claudio and Marco fro the roof top bar. Lastly Cinzia abd the 2 Guiseppes on reception. Amazing hotel I the centre of beautiful Sorrento
