As per other reviews, the staff can be off the scale good. The breakfast team were literally world class in levels of performance. We arrived at 01:30 after a delayed flight - the chap at reception came outside in the pouring rain to help us with our luggage - remarkable service and kindness. The views from the rooms and public spaces are beyond stunning.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful. Beautiful rooms, views, pool and breakfast. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. All amenities available in your room. About a 15-20 min stroll into town and to the boat if your planning on taking a trip anywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Sorrento.

Stunning location with superb views of the ocean . Sitting on the outdoor terrace for breakfast was a real treat. The whole crew of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

The location and scenery are absolutely beautiful, a 10 minute walk into the centre of the Sorrento. The staff are extremely friendly, and so helpful and done an amazing job in helping me organise the proposal to my partner. Big thanks to Grazianne and her team. Breakfast is amazing and the restaurant even better. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with fine little details.

The service at The Belair was outstanding as was the food. I choose this hotel specifically for the view overlooking Sorrento. Yes it was a little over our normal budget, however it was worth every single penny.

Location, Friendly and professional staff. Excellent accomodation. I was a returning customer from last year and this time I came back with my wife as we celebrated 40 years of marriage- Belair and the staff made it extra special.
