Very elegant hotel close to the old town and main attractions. Very kind staff and service, excellent breakfast. Impressive room service. Wonderful, spacious room, our room faced the Gulf of Naples, seaview from the balcony. Welcome drink, calm and elegant atmosphere. We enjoyed everything.

Fabulous stay overall. Accomodation great. Staff were excellent. Breakfast the best so far in our travels around Italy. We had issues with dropping our rental car back to the drop off point as indicated in our lease agreement. It had actually closed down. We spent hours trying to work out where it was. After much frustration we took the car back to the hotel to leave it there as we were heading to Capri the next day. They were fabulous in trying to sort out the issue and let us leave the car there (without charging us for the extra nights). Totally recommend.

Our first impression was that it looked just like a royal palace inside. The room is humongous, suits for a head of state. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast room is luxurious and breakfast are so nice. Location is perfect, overlooking to the water view of Sorrento Golfo di Napoli. Walking distance to ferry to Capri, shops, but tuck in a quiet waterfront area of Sorrento. The roof top pool is out of this world gorgeous. We love everything about it, and we book again next time we visit Sorrento.

Fantastic friendly service from staff, beautiful room, great rooftop bar, pool and terrace. Also really appreciated an unexpected birthday gift from the hotel, very thoughtful.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Sorrento and has a parking garage underneath. We got a double upgrade to a beautiful room with a nice view of the sea and surroundings. The rooftop was even better than we expected, the pool was bigger and heated although it was already November. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is a feast. The lunch is delicious and a nice choice of food. What we didn't know was that the restaurant Zest had a Michelin star awarded chef so we had dinner there. The food was amazing!!

We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival. The car parking service was really good, I liked handing the car keys over for parking. Breakfast was good and all the staff were always friendly & courteous. I liked the rooftop pool and bar area. The pillow menu was good, the turn down service was appreciated.
