Everything, the room was beautiful, the location was fantastic, it was kept so clean during our stay and what what our stay at diamond suite exceptional rather than just very good was the manager Michele. He gave us all the information to make sure that we got the very best out of our week in Sorrento and when something didn’t work out straight away he was always there to sort it. We travel a lot but undoubtedly the best host we have ever had, thanks so much

Location was amazing - short walk to the centre of town and Marina piccola and Marina grande. Car park is hard to get to ....just because sorrento is mad, but our Host Michele helped unload our car near the apartment and drive to the local long stay carpark which was fantastic. Host recommended some nice restaurants and sights, which proved to be great

Michele our host was excellent, very helpful, lots of info provided. We were very early for our check in, yet he let us check in, carried our bags, no extra charges.

Staff very helpful and communicative (helped me with receiving my lost luggage). Nice and quiet apartment on the 2nd floor with a good location near the train/bus station and only a five minute walk to the city center. Nice balcony. Good cleaning.

Michele the manager couldn’t have been more helpful Sending us links for things to do helping us with directions in all a lovely young man Room was great everything we needed Location was fantastic 2 minutes from bus/train station Michele was in the road waiting and waving to us what a greeting so thank you Michele Absolutely would return to diamond suites next time we are in sorrento

Big comfortable and clean room. Right in the centre, 1 min walk to supermarket, 5 min walk to centre and 10 min walk to sea. Would stay again for sure.

was super clean and owner was very welcoming. the tv had access to smart apps and the shower was awesome with a radio and lights plus jets out the wall
