The staff was nice. I selected this hotel due to it´s close proximity to the airport. Although internet might say that you can walk to the hotel I would not suggest it as some parts of the way doesnt have any pedestrian walking path. Hotel offers shuttle service, yet after taking a shuttle bus from Milano city center (drive around 1 h, cost - 10EUR), 5 EUR for 10 min drive seems exaggerated. The hotel shuttle bus also doesnt provide any type of receipts.

It is in a prime location if you want to be near the airport. They offer an airport Shuttle to and from the airport for 5 euros. The food at the restaurant was decent and the Staff were friendly and willing to help whenever needed.
