Excellent hotel, very friendly and informative night staff. The hotel has a great selection of drinks and food in the lobby, and there is a pizza place that delivers as well. The room had everything we needed, even hair conditioner. Free parking right next to the lobby as well

Having just endured a few hours of hell at the airport & the rudest taxi driver ever, it was so nice to have the most wonderful/polite/helpful receptionist. Having booked breakfast I realised I would have checked out before breakfast is served. The receptionist arranged a 'packed meal' . Needed a taxi for 0400hrs, the receptionist organised and was considerable cheaper than the one I had taken to get there during the day!!! couldn't have asked for nicer staff, very pleasant surroundings

Modern and welcoming structure. Clean and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent but above all the choice of à la carte dishes for dinner is very good and tasty. Convenient location to reach the Malpensa terminals, it also has a free shuttle service and parking.

There is no room service - however they offer a small range of snack goodies next to the receiption such as sandwich and drinks to buy should you wish to have something to eat - i opted this at night upon my arrival - not cheap.

They were able to accommodate a last minute request as our flight was cancelled. Everything was great, the shower, the room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced.

Nice clean hotel, close to the airport. They provide free transfer during the day, and can order you a taxi for 25 euro at night. We chose it because of the early flight from Malpensa airport.
