Everything!! Solvang in general is such a lovely place to visit and our night at New Haven Inn made the stay perfect. Our room was very clean and comfy. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed the little walk to the center. We were on a 3-week USA trip and never had such a nice Inn - it exceeded our expectations. There is parking in the backyard. Check- In and Check-Out were fast & easy. If we ever make it to Solvang again, we will stay here for sure. The entire facility is beautiful, and the house / inner courtyard is very neat and in a very good shape.

The location was ok and the car park was good but the coffee machine was awful , not the machine obviously but the coffee to go in it ! There was no staff on the premises as such so equally no room service or anything .

Clean & very good value for one night stay. 10 minutes walk into town. The staff were very friendly. Tammy was very kind & checked us in & out as we couldn't get online check in to work

- I loved everything - Very nice and safe area - Clean room and comfortable bed - It had outdoor patio with a fire pit that you can light on using a lighter (provided in the room) - Remote self check-in and check-out, you only need a code for the door - Good value for money
