Breakfast was great, had everything you need and the waiters were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious, heated floors and bathtub, clean and tidy! Wifi is available 5 lines all around (but you have to pay extra)

one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The quality of services of a five-star hotel +. All the employees are very nice and try to do their best to fulfill all your needs. Hotel equipment and decoration - Exceptional!

Great, clean room. Parking right outside the property. The hotel was all decorated for Halloween which was nice. Friendly receptionist woman.

The bartender was very friendly, the room was quite spacious, and there was access to a (non-fenced) terrace. There is happy hour at the bar every day and there was also live music.

Really fantastic hotel and I feel the owner really understands what families need! Friendly staff, very helpful and an amazing play area for the kids with animals, electric cars, lake, trampolines and a river running alongside. Happy hours and live music on some nights in the bar. Lovely atmosphere. The spa facilities are world class. Great little gym with nice view. Lots to do in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great location - about 30 minutes by bus from Kufstein. Spa area is clean, well-equipped and very relaxing. Our room was very nice and comfortble with balcony facing an amazing view. Breakfast spread was terrific. There's a tiny but adequate fitness room and a shop with cute trinkets and souvenirs. The bar with live music adds to the summer holiday vibe. The outdoor area looks awesome but it's catered for children and the little petting zoo is very cute.

Nicely located - close to Hintersteinersee, Söll and Wörgl bergbahns. We were lucky to have one of the quieter rooms of the hotel (at the back). Also much cooler during the heatwave. Not much of a mountain view, but those rooms get much more sun (and heat) and noise from the restaurant. The room was tidied regularly. It was also nice to be able to request a small fridge for the room. The staff we met were friendly. Overall, the hotel was what we personally needed as far as location, quiet room and easy access to the local sights.
