Welcoming reception and generally very friendly staff. Lovely room, comfy bed. Decaff coffee and tea in room Loved that the shower head could be hand held. The hair dryer was nice long flex and not tied into a drawer. Good blackout curtains. Very quiet no loud noises. Dinner was good in the restaurant with a good menu.
