Great location. Fabulous breakfast - perfect poached eggs! Very quiet location despite being at the front of the house near a busy dual carriageway. Location is ideal for the NEC. Great value for money

Excellent breakfast, warm and tidy room. Also there is a coffee machine in the kitchen, so you could drink coffee or tea all night long. Safe car park.

The warm welcome from the host, very friendly . Room was very quiet even tho it's on a main road. The room was cosy and access to hot drinks was great. The breakfast was HUGE and the scrambled eggs were PERFECT. It was also very clean.

Welcoming and friendly host, everything needed was provided including tea/coffee machine and the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Delicious full English breakfast served by host and included in the very reasonable price - great location for NEC. There is also a lounge and lovely big garden all in all a very relaxing atmosphere.

The property was in a good location, with plenty of parking. The breakfast was excellent and the host Jamie was pleasant & approachable. The room was clean & comfortable and adequate for our needs. The bathroom was small but adequate. The use of the lounge & the drinks machine were an additional bonus.
