noisy bar party till 3 or 4pm for 3 to 4 times in a one-week stay. I left the note when I booked the hotel that I need a quiet room, but I was still arrange on the noisy side, and could not change the room. Not recommended for people want to enjoy a quiet night and good sleep The handle of the bathroom door is broken and hurt my nail.

The location is great and pleasant that there is a parking. I find the lobby outdated and no atmosphere. The breakfast area is like a cantina. The room is fine. Beds are very comfortable. The price is fine but I would make the lobby and bar more inviting. It’s not difficult. The reception staff is a bit inactive except for one manager. It could all be a bit more inviting and service orientated.

The room and bathroom looked very old and worn . No hand soap in the bathroom and leaving early in the morning ( 3 am ) no breakfast provided because we asked at 18.30 , not before 18.00 ( we were not aware about this rule ) . The receptionists not very friendly either

We had an amazing room with a view over the slopes .. it is conveniently located surrounded by bars & restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful

Perfect location! AMAZING staff that helped us so much with everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were great. There is a public parking just across the street for 10.8 euro / day. We had a wonderful stay. Super recommanded

Pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the centre of the town, a very short walk to the gondola station. There are ski lockers provided at the hotel, or you can hire lockers at the gondola station if you don't want to carry skis back to hotel. The food was very good, with freshly cooked options provided by Junior. Small gripe was the hot food wasn't very hot, but there was a microwave available if wanted. Reception area / bar not very busy in the evenings, but other options available close by.

Location is perfect, rooms are big and warm. There is locker and ski room which is great and staff was very helpful
