Please note there is no front desk, apartments are located on different locations and all guests are individually accommodated. Thus, you should contact VIP Apartments at least 24 hours prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the confirmation e-mail.If you prefer an airport pick- up be sure to provide your flight details so that the assistant can meet you at the airport.Please note late arrivals outside our office hours (9.30 - 18.00) will be provided 3 options for check in: Self Check in, key pick-up or full Meet and Greet Service. You will be given all details before your arrival.Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.Please note that damaged or missing things from the apartments will be paid extra.Cleaning service can be ordered any time during the stay within 24-hour notice of an additional cost.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
