Easy check-in, wonderful location. The host is very friendly. If you need a nice, cozy place to sleep and you don't want it to be in the city, this is a great choice.

The location is 10 minutes driving from the Centre. The staff was very nice, we arrived late night and they did not make any problem even though the host has slept already.

Great accommodation for one night as long as we stayed. The apartment was super clean, which is what we expected. There is also a large supermarket nearby.

It’s the best choice for those who love nature and interested in waterfalls nearby. Thanks a lot to the owner for waiting me at night time! And also for extra-paid breakfast on Sunday. Just next door you can buy some food, but check their working hours. I like too much the atmosphere of this beautiful nautical style house and the garden full of flowers and birdsong. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice tables outside to have a coffee in the sun, everything for peace and quiet. Many thanks! Best regards!

I stayed for one night at Villa Pontica and had a pleasant experience. Location: The location is excellent, easily accessible by car, with a public transport station right in front of the property. A major advantage was the possibility to check in later than the official hours. Area: The area is quiet, with a beautiful view of the city. Although the property does not have parking spaces, you can park nearby. Property: The building is older but well-maintained. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, though it could definitely use some improvements and modernizations. The bathroom was clean. Facilities: The property has a nicely arranged yard with plenty of green space and a pleasant area to enjoy coffee. Value for Money: For the price paid, the conditions were decent. I recommend this property to those looking for a decent accommodation at a lower price, where they can feel safe.

Lovely out of town location but write opposite a bus stop, so you can get into and back from town easily on the way. You can get on and off along the route to have a look around (there are restaurants and a super market). It is at the foot of Mt. Vitosha, so you walk through the hills all day. There is a little take away next door where you can get freshly cooked food and pizza.

We were in transit, so for 1 night it was ideal. I don’t think it is worth to stay longer. The view from our room was amazing especially during the night - panorama of Sofia. The parking spot is in front of the property, seems safe, nothing happened to our car. The owners are friendly. The bed is wide enough for 2 adults and one 4yo. The yard is cozy.
