We loved the apartment. It's spacious, bright, warm, with everything you need for a stay while visiting Sofia. You will feel like you are in your own home. It's clean and the beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, one for each room which is great. It is a safe place for families with children. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. When visiting Sofia again we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable 2 bedrooms apartman with 2 bathroom and a parking place. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Wifi good and fast.

Nikolai is a great host who went out of his way to help us with any of our needs. On the check out day he collected our bags, took them to a different location as the apartment we stayed in was being cleaned and brought them back at 4p.m. so we can collect them before going to the airport. No extra charge, only smiles! The apartment is very big, in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. Coming back 100%!

it is very spacious and fully equipped. also it is extremly close to the metro station so it makes visiting Sofia very easy. also the parking was very convenient

I truly appreciated how attentive the host was. He met us personally and handed out the keys, even though our arrival was around midnight. Nikolay speaks perfect English and Russian, so the communication was easy and fruitful. The apartment is spacious and convenient. A family of 4, we enjoyed hot water, free wifi, 2 bathrooms, smart kitchen, and the fact that we did not have to shop for simple stuff, like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, salt, paper, sugar, coffee, garbage bags, etc. We had everything we needed right there on the spot! We absolutely loved the fact that the area is very quiet, and at the same time everything we needed was very near. For example, right opposite there is a beauty products shop (Lilly). If I knew that beforehand, I would have shopped all the personal care products right there from day one without loading my bags. Everything is so affordable in that shop! Also, the most adorable small coffee shops are in less than 2 minute walking distance. Bila, which is a very popular supermarket in Bulgaria, is in a 5 min walking distance. You can get anything there, including freshly baked bread and cooked meals. A dining experience in general was very pleasant in that area. There is a multiple award-winning restaurant "Happy" in a 5 min walking distance. Metro is also very close, around 10 minutes walk, and our station is called James Boucher. You can get to the biggest mall of Sofia (called PARADIZE, for obvious reasons) in 5 min via metro. The station is called Vitosha and it is worth visiting when you have some serious shopping ambitions.

The sofa is very close to the center and deserves 10 points in terms of price performance. The house is huge. washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, whatever you need is available. The L seat in the saloon is very comfortable. Parking garage available. The host is an excellent personThe helped us a lot. There is a security at Entrance and there is a 24-hour market near the apartment
