The spa is great, guests only have to pay €10 extra each to use it and can use it all day! The grounds also appear lovely in the summer, the outdoor pool was not in use when we visited as it was winter. The rooms are peaceful and warm.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Sofia. To reach the city center the taxi was the only option. Access to the SPA was 20BGN/person. Otherwise everything was very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Consistent, tasty breakfast for all tastes.

The rooms and territory of the hotel is nice with lots of fir trees 🎄🦌 . Our room was so cold, the first night we slept dressed. But when we explained the problem to the receptionist she solved the problem providing another room, thanks. The swimming pool and spa is good.
