The hotel location was great 10 mins walk to vitoshi boulevard and other amenities, the room was comfortable and quite large. We were given free bottled water every day which was appreciated.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options. While, some of the staff lacked a bit of politeness (a common experience in Bulgaria), overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great location close to main attractions, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. I had the best sleep ever! with their pillow not so high that it gives you a neck pain :) The sauna was very private which you could book with reception.

Despite not spending more than 24 hours, it was a memorable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Many thanks for all the assistance and facilities provided. The hotel is in an great location.

The hotel is on the side of street so it’s quite at night after a busy day and also located in the city center, not far from metro& tram station . The hotel’a heating system was very good

Excellent location very close to vitosha boulevard. Clean hotel with large rooms. Good varied breakfast. Own private underground parking. Our ‘go to’ hotel when in Sofia.

The description of the room is correct, the apartment is spacious. WiFi is stable and adequate speed. There is a machine with free coffee at the reception. The hotel is in the very center of the city. The apartment has a machine and free tea or coffee, the only problem is that it is not refilled every day. There are flat-screen TVs in both rooms. All tourist attractions can be visited on foot. The subway station (Serdika) is a few minutes away, which goes directly to the airport. The main street (2 minutes' walk from the hotel) is full of shops and restaurants. A 15-minute easy walk is Sofia Mall with fast food restaurants, a large grocery store and other well-known brands. If you are staying for a few days, I personally recommend a one-day trip to Plovdiv and its old part of the city.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and had all of the promised amenities. The location was close to the metro line that goes to and from the airport, so it was accessible upon landing. The hotel staff were also so helpful in helping me book a taxi.
