Staff is good and helpful. Location is brilliant. The rooms are large. It's a really good variant (valuable for it's price) if you don't have illusions that your stay will be perfect))

The hotel is centrally located, the stuff was great. The room and bathroom were clean and had nice sheets. Overall the hotel is from the socialist past, so kind of old and not fancy furnishing but that was to be expected. Great place and price for the location.

The location and the price. We stayed only one night. Internet was good and you could explore the city easily. They had coffee facilities in the room and the heating was excellent

Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurant is a chinese, reasonably priced, service hit and miss, cleanliness left a bit to be desired but food was hot and freshly cooked. Breakfast was in the little bistro upstairs, nice selection of hot and cold drinks and hot and cold food, fruit, nuts, biscuits. Toaster to make your own toast, fresh croissant. Sausages, scrambled eggs, ham, cheeses, salads. Bed very comfy Bedding very soft Lighting good. Separate card for electric. Heating at a nice temperature, lovely and warm. Claimed to be the oldest hotel, 1935 in Sofia Good location restaurants, cafes, bars shops. Walk in shower. Tea, coffee, kettle in room , no milk though.

The hotel is situated in the city center. The rooms are nice and many of them have a very good view. The breakfast was also quite good.
