The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the rooms on 7th and 8th floor might experience some noise disturbances due to the music played in the roof top bar. Children under 14 years of age use the services of Sense Wellness only during below hours and if accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours. Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Sunday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use other spa facilities. The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the child’s health and safety. For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting. Prior reservation is required to secure a table at the Rooftop Bar.
Deposit of 50 EUR per guest per day for eventual extras will be requested at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Had a great stay at the Sense Hotel. Such a nice ambiance and the rooms are well appointed and I had a lovely view. Very good rooftop bar. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The location is right around the corner of the cathedral and very close to the roman ruins and other churches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and despite not having a reservation they made it possible for us to enjoy the food.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional ( very satisfied with their customer service ) well trained and everyone in the hotel should take example from them. The rooftop staff and restaurant staff were unfriendly but we spoke with their manager and he said was very kind and understanding and apologetic.He appreciated our feedback and fix the issue. ( compensate us ) Great big rooms and clean overall hotel, with perfect central location. It’s not a cheap hotel so we expected a great level of service.

Upmarket hotel in central Sofia location. Our room had an amazing view of the Alexander Nevsky cathedral (through the trees) from our room and a view of mountains from the breakfast room. Very tastefully decorated room and spacious, well-equipped bathroom with great shower.
