Loved staying again in Rila Hotel. Everything was good. We had a not renovated room so we knew it wouldn't be super-new. But our room was quite clean, comfortable and quiet. We had hot water without any problem. Also loved breakfast - it was very various, delicious and for every taste. I want to especially mention the staff - was very helpful and we`ve got our early check-in at 2 a.m. and of course the view!

The lady who works at the breakfast room is amazing! She's very sweet and kind and she spoke to us in our native language, which was a big plus for us. Moreover, she was also fluent in more languages and made all the guests feel more comfortable and welcomed. She made our day!

The hotel have been completely renewed, the rooms look modern and are well furnished. I have been already to Rila Hotel 2 years ago and the improvement is incredible. The structure is located in a very central and you can reach all the main attractions by simply walking. Moreover, you can also find nearby the Serdika Metro station and several bus and tram stops. Hence, the area is well serviced. The personnel was professional and kind. They speak English.

Every one in the reception was very nice, especially a woman who works there and was very friendly, they gave us a room key for each person, call taxi for us, and every little detail we asked for. The location is the best one!

Great spot with a beautiful balcony and stunning view! Just steps away from top restaurants and clubs, so you're right in the middle of the action. Plus, the early check-in option was a huge bonus. Perfect for a comfortable, scenic stay close to everything!
