We arrived to the hotel at the end of our trip (last 3 days) and we ordered 2 rooms. when we got the hotel we figuer out that the hotel do not have connected door. Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge. very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking

Good location. Big grocery store next to the hotel, a gas station and a few public transport stops that could help you move around Sofia. Room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was clean and the water pressure is great. Linens were clean and fresh.
