This is a cozy, unpretentious hotel with a family-run atmosphere, which suited me perfectly for this trip. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed, but never intrusive. Room was very large with a separate living room, including fridge and microwave oven. Slippers were provided. Breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory. The Greek restaurant next door was really good too and I dined there twice.

we booked last minute for a one night stay on a cold 1st January. we were travelling with a wheelchair-bound old family member and the staff did everything possible to make sure we had a good stay. Very nice place. Access was through the side restaurant, and the lift was small but fitted the wheelchair. We stayed just for one night but had a nice time. Warm, very clean, modern, nice breakfast, friendly staff. near the pedestrian shopping street.

Staff on reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was very good. The location is great for accessing the shops and market.

Very close to the city centre along the vitosha boulevard and the receptionist by the name of Tsvetan was really helpful.

Excellent location within walking distance to all attractions and decent restaurants. The breakfast was a buffet selection - good but no variety during our stay. Good size rooms with comfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Niky. It is two blocks from the main street of the city. It was close to coffee shops and restaurants. We thought the location was excellent. The staff was friendly and arranged a van to pick us up from the airport and also called a taxi for us to get back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
